This holistic meditation course will help you harness your voice as a powerful tool for healing.

Learn how your voice and the different instruments like: Gongs,Tibetan bowls, Tingshas and Tuning forks creates overtones that awash us with powerful wonderful vibrations.

These create healing resonant frequencies that entrain the cells in health, love, peace, relaxation, and wellness.

The power of intention: Is the consciousness encoded in the sound.

The intention of the person giving and the intention of the person receiving sound.

Sounds heighten emotions and are particularly natural to our well being. 

In this course, we will explore ways that we use sound and we will also learn breathing techniques to help us sound out our tone, mantras and vowels.

Some physiological benefits of self- created sound: 

-Increased Oxygen to the cells

-Lowered Blood Pressure and heart rate

-Reduced levels of stress related hormones
