Where are they now?

Meet BIFE students who have graduated from this course...

Chris Nich"I currently work at the gym called The Fitness Tailor as a personal trainer. I completed the personal trainer, strength and conditioning course at BIFE.I had a very positive time in BIFE, making friends in my course that I still enjoy seeing on a regular basis, and I also received a great amount of help from the staff Including my teachers who went above and beyond for me and the lunch ladies who were always so kind and friendly. With the work I was studying, BIFE's teachers had first-hand experience. During the course they were able to expose be a variety of different client that I would be expected to train, and different ways of training and dealing with these clients. As a big lover of Jui Jitsu it is my plan to eventually open up my own academy with a personal training aspect to it.’." - Christopher Nicolson

michael turkowski"During my time in BIFE I have completed two courses over the two years: Dietetic Nutrition & Food Science QQI Level 5 and then the Personal Trainer Strength & Conditioning QQI Level 6 & ITEC Level 3. Both of those courses were a great challenge and the gave me great understanding of the importance of nutrition and exercises on human body. Completing these courses has opened the door into the fitness industry, I am currently working as gym and fitness instructor in a local gym and continuing to study by specialising in a Sports Therapy ITEC Level 3, 4, & 5 course part time in the IMST Limerick. I highly recommend BIFE as there is great selection of modules with highly qualified and dedicated tutors. If you are looking for challenge this your place." - Michal Turkowski

"I decided to return to education as a mature student. My time spent at BIFE was inspirational. I am currently studying for a degree in strength and conditioning in Carlow IT. But for my time in BIFE I would have never had the drive or confidence to attempt a degree. My work placement during the course secured my current position as a personal trainer. BIFE was a great stepping stone in my career. I met and made some lifelong friends and contacts from my time there. I highly recommend to anyone looking to return to education that BIFE would be the place to start, I truly believe if it wasn’t for the lecturers and staff at BIFE, I wouldn’t be where I am today in life." -  Mathew Dunbar
